Bourbon Peach Sour

About

The Whiskey Sour gone ripe with peach.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Bourbon
• 0.75 oz Lemon juice
• 0.75 oz Peach purée
• 0.25 oz Simple syrup
• 1 Egg white

Method

1. Dry shake everything first.
2. Shake again with ice and double-strain into a coupe.
3. Let the foam settle before serving.
