Ingredients

  • 3 oz Prosecco
  • 2 oz White peach purée
  • 0.25 oz Simple syrup
  • 1 cup Ice
  • Peach slices

Method

  1. Blend purée, syrup, and ice to a coarse granita.
  2. Spoon into a wine glass and pour the Prosecco over.
  3. Fan the peach slices on top.
