Ingredients
- 3 oz Prosecco
- 2 oz White peach purée
- 0.25 oz Simple syrup
- 1 cup Ice
- Peach slices
Method
- Blend purée, syrup, and ice to a coarse granita.
- Spoon into a wine glass and pour the Prosecco over.
- Fan the peach slices on top.
