Amaretto Sour

Amaretto, lemon, silky egg-white foam.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Amaretto
• 1 oz Lemon juice
• 1 Egg white
• Orange slice

Method

1. Dry shake the amaretto, lemon, and egg white.
2. Shake again with ice and strain into a chilled coupe.
3. Rest the orange slice on the foam.
