Singapore Sling

About

Gin, cherry, pineapple. Raffles' tall classic.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Gin
• 0.5 oz Cherry liqueur
• 3 oz Pineapple juice
• 0.5 oz Lime juice
• 0.25 oz Grenadine
• 1 dash Angostura bitters
• Orange slice

Method

1. Shake everything with ice.
2. Strain into an ice-filled hurricane glass.
3. Garnish with the orange slice.
