Ingredients
- 1 oz Gin
- 0.75 oz Apricot liqueur
- 0.5 oz Lemon juice
- 2.5 oz Prosecco
- rim Brown sugar
- Apricot slice
Method
- Rim a flute with brown sugar.
- Shake gin, apricot liqueur, and lemon with ice.
- Strain in.
- Top with Prosecco and hang the apricot slice.
