Apricot Fizz

Gin, apricot, lemon, Prosecco. Brown-sugar rim.

Ingredients

• 1 oz Gin
• 0.75 oz Apricot liqueur
• 0.5 oz Lemon juice
• 2.5 oz Prosecco
• rim Brown sugar
• Apricot slice

Method

1. Rim a flute with brown sugar.
2. Shake gin, apricot liqueur, and lemon with ice.
3. Strain in.
4. Top with Prosecco and hang the apricot slice.
