About

Old Tom gin, sweet vermouth, maraschino. The Martini's grandparent.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Old Tom gin
• 1.5 oz Sweet vermouth
• 1 tsp Maraschino liqueur
• 2 dash Orange bitters
• Brandied cherries
• Orange twist

Method

1. Stir everything with ice until well chilled.
2. Strain into a chilled glass.
3. Garnish with cherries and the orange twist.
