Strawberry Mojito

About

The Mojito, sweet-talked by strawberries.

Ingredients

• 2 oz White rum
• 3 Strawberries, muddled
• 1 oz Lime juice
• 0.5 oz Simple syrup
• 8 leaves Mint
• 2 oz Soda water
• Strawberry slices

Method

1. Muddle the strawberries with the syrup.
2. Add rum, lime, and mint.
3. Shake briefly with ice.
4. Strain over fresh ice, top with soda, garnish with strawberry.
