Blue Hawaiian

About

Rum, blue curaçao, pineapple, coconut cream. Blended.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz White rum
• 0.75 oz Blue curaçao
• 2 oz Pineapple juice
• 1 oz Coconut cream
• rim Blue sugar
• Pineapple wedge

Method

1. Rim the glass with blue sugar.
2. Blend everything with a cup of ice until slushy.
3. Pour and garnish with the pineapple wedge.
