Hugo Spritz

About

Elderflower, Prosecco, mint. The Alps' answer to Aperol.

Ingredients

• 1 oz Elderflower liqueur
• 3 oz Prosecco
• 1 oz Soda water
• Mint bouquet
• Strawberry, on a pick

Method

1. Fill a big wine glass with ice.
2. Add elderflower liqueur, Prosecco, then soda.
3. One gentle stir.
4. Slap the mint and drop it in with the strawberry.
