Vanilla vodka, passion fruit, Prosecco on the side.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Vanilla vodka
• 0.5 oz Passion fruit liqueur
• 1 oz Passion fruit purée
• 0.5 oz Lime juice
• 2 oz Prosecco, on the side
• Passion fruit half

Method

1. Shake vodka, liqueur, purée, and lime hard with ice.
2. Double-strain into a coupe and float the passion fruit half.
3. Serve the Prosecco in a chilled shot glass alongside.
