Strawberry rising through a coconut-pineapple slush.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz White rum
• 1 oz Coconut cream
• 2 oz Pineapple juice
• 1.5 oz Strawberry purée
• Cherry
• Marshmallow, on a pick

Method

1. Pour the strawberry purée into the glass first.
2. Blend rum, coconut cream, and pineapple with ice.
3. Pour the blend slowly over the purée so it bleeds upward.
